list is kind of confusing as it only contains some of the responsibilities mentioned on the page, and the discord is unreliable as it does not consistently group members of the staff who are not online at that time. resolving this issue will probably require someone to actually make a proper list of the team and roles they correspond to

That’s a good point, and the roles on the Discord server don't show all the exact responsibilities on the project manager page, if I recall correctly.

You may want to ask about the role and responsibilities of someone, since PJB is no longer on the Space Station 14 Discord server at the moment.
