Tracking Issue for `impl_trait_projections`

This is a tracking issue for the feature using Self and projections in impl Trait.
The feature gate for the issue is #![feature(impl_trait_projections)].

What is the current State of this issue? I have a codebase in which I need this feature and am unsure if this is stable enough and what the current timeline for this is (if there is any) as it is marked as "medium" certainty on the async wg roadmap
