What does this do?
This PR introduces the cursor rules that we have defined in https://github.com/rootstrap/ai-ide-rules so that all new projects started with this template include this set of rules.
Why did you do this?
This will allow cursor to generate code that better aligns with our standards, structure and good practices.
Who/what does this impact?
All new projects starting from this base.
How did you test this?
When adding some files to the context cursor automatically knows which rules apply depending on the file pattern match that was used when defining the rule.
