Improvements to bs1770demo

Hi!

The tool bs1770demo tool is likely to be used in the processing for the selection tests for 3GPP IVAS. However two issues were raised when using the tool:

• When level adjusting background noise it is desirable to disable the gating function. This would be similar to the sv56demo where you may use the -rms option to do level adjustment without considering the activity pattern.
• When performing a level adjustment, the reported scaling factor is in linear domain and not in dB (log) domain. This could be improved for better clarity.

I plan to propose an update addressing the above issues.
