[Console Logs ERROR] files: Header workspace already registered

Bug description

Clicked on the File table while have the console logs open seen below error

Steps to reproduce

1.From the Dashboard click files tab and view error in console logs

Expected behavior

Should not see error ?

Login -> Successful Login attempt -> File's Dashboard -> Error "Header workspace already registered" appeared in the console

Same issue here files Dashboard and/or files application is broken since 28.0.1 to 28.0.2.5

the backtrace does not reflect that, but probably. maybe some integration bits between files and text. @skjnldsv @max-nextcloud

This is most likely in text . I will take a look and move the issue if needed.

Looks like https://github.com/nextcloud/text/pull/4698/files brought back the file list header initialization that had just been moved to an init script. I think we can simply remove it.
