[Bug]: Availability/Absence message does not autosize and underlaps buttons as well as content

Bug description

The availability/absence textbox does not autosize by default depending on the content:

When trying to manually increase the size, it underlaps the buttons and also the content area:

Steps to reproduce

1. Open availability settings
2. Put in longer absence message
3. Possibly reload the page

Expected behavior

The textarea uses autosize, like we do elsewhere.
