[Bug]: 30.0.12 RC1: No icons for file mimetypes

Bug description

See screencast, all files get default icon.

Steps to reproduce

1. Upgrade to 30.0.12 RC1
2. See console errors

Expected behavior

Each file get it's own icon.

Is this bug present after an update or on a fresh install?

Updated from a MINOR version (ex. 32.0.1 to 32.0.2)

Are you using the Nextcloud Server Encryption module?

Encryption is Disabled

What user-backends are you using?

• Default user-backend (database)
• LDAP/ Active Directory
• SSO - SAML

404 is weird, but nothing we can do really.
What are you expecting, preview of the document or stylised document icons for each ?

Can you share your enabled preview config.php section ?

Isn't /core/mimeicon route a 31+ thing?

This file doesn't exist on stable30:
