[Bug]: Weather service on the dashboard displayed while the application is disabled

Bug description

On the dashboard when you click on the Customize button and the application is deactivated the text about the methéo service is always displayed

Steps to reproduce

1. Disable Weather status
2. Go to the dashboard
3. and you will see that the text is always displayed

Expected behavior

That the text appears only when the application is active

My goal is to add a label like e.g. 25-feedback to this ticket of an up-to-date major Nextcloud version where the bug could be reproduced. However this is not going to work without your help. So thanks for all your effort!

The problem is still there on my side tested in nextcloud 25.0.4
