Broken (low resolution) favicon generation after enabling `php-svg` with `libmagickcore-6.q16-6-extra`

Steps to reproduce

1. Install libmagickcore-6.q16-6-extra (php-svg support)
2. Wait a few hours
3. Go to cloud.domain.tld/apps/theming/favicon/spreed (replace spreed with any other app name)

Expected behaviour

Favicons should render normally

Here's Talk's icon (cached from Chromium, low res)

Actual behaviour

Favicons look pixelated even if they are of an high enough resolution, like rendered at 16x16 and then upscaled at 128x128.

Also happened a some time ago (Nextcloud 20), and removing libmagickcore-6.q16-6-extra solved the issue (after more than a week)
