Presentations: Add Start Slideshow as an additional action

What do you think in adding a nice contextual action that allows the user to start the slideshow right from the files view?

We have &startPresentation=true

This should be an easy implementation by just registering an additional file action like in

richdocuments/src/file-actions.js

@marcoambrosini Wdyt about that? @emberfiend raised that the list of file actions may get rather lengthy

It's a nice feature but I'm also not sure about whether it's worth making this menu even longer 🤔

Understood, it makes sense. But would be nice to have somewhere the feature exposed. For example: why can't I share a slideshow (so, presentation file opens directly in slideshow mode to whomever I send that link):

To keep stuff simple, I would say we should tie the "Slideshow view" to just be the one you get when you share the presentation "View only". :)
