Whatever settings one chooses, it always downloads a very bad quality mp4 after clicking "download this video", even though it correctly streams a high quality version of the video (most times, sometimes one also needs to reboot IINA for the high quality version to be streamed).
MacYTDL successfully downloads a much higher quality webm version of those same videos.
