BLF and ASC files doesn't work in Vector's tools

The files don't work if the channel is 0 which appears invalid in CANalyzer at least. This is usually the case for Vector and Kvaser interfaces which starts at 0.

I suggest to add 1 to the channel number before writing to the log file to avoid using 0.
