From the QuickStart page complete methodology link is not found.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to: https://github.github.com/spec-kit/quickstart.html
2. At the bottom of the page click on the complete methodology link

Expected Behavior

• Maybe the intention is that it links here? https://github.com/github/spec-kit/blob/main/spec-driven.md

Actual Behavior

• Observe that the page is not found
