.specify.specify path error

The release templates in 0.0.91 seem to have an incorrect .specify.specify/ path. 0.0.90 uses .specify/ and the files they refer to are in that location.

I've looked at a few and they all seem to have this issue.

I don't see this in the actual source template, so I'm not sure how it's getting injects.

It's a bug for sure. When I'm trying to run /specify Smth in codex I see the following

• I found the repo uses .specify/ (not .specify.specify/). Next I’ll locate the equivalent constitution and template files there, then proceed with the required updates and sync checks.

So, probably, authors failed to test it properly and relied on agentic testing. That's the future we are facing too.

You can remove the duplicate .specify in .codex/prompts/speckit.constitution.md as a workaround until this gets fixed. So:

You are updating the project constitution at `.specify.specify/memory/constitution.md`. 

becomes:

You are updating the project constitution at `.specify/memory/constitution.md`.
