Possible issue cause by temp-folder at R:/temp #2168

Describe the bug

Some versions ago... before 1.0.6 i think... there was some kind of change that made my environment being hard to work with.
I get an error each time I start copilot:
"Error: Directory does not exist or cannot be accessed: R:\temp"
-- I got my temp-directory on a ram-disk .. and it has worked very well for years... but i guess you restricted access somehow to mapped resources (just guessing).
This issue causes me to have to giving access to folders via dialogs in copilot over and over again (same directory) .. I recently found '--disallow-temp-dir' which seems to be what I have to do for the moment... don't sure though what cons that will cause, i guess there will be no temp-files created from agents and stuff. Please, if anyone got information about this matter, please share with me.

Affected version

GitHub Copilot CLI 1.0.9.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

Just guessing, but put you temp-folder mapped to R:/temp

Expected behavior

Expects to have access to temp-folder but gets:

Additional context

I am no longer able to add folders with /add-dir c:/some-folder/
it says "added" but /list-dirs does not show them...
