Git submodule still appears after hg subrepo have been removed

**Steps to reproduce:**
- Create hg subrepo
- Remove hg subrepo
- Convert repository with `fast-export`

**Expected behavior:**
No git submodule in head commit

**Actual behavior:**
Subrepository still there
