• This feature isn't necessary a huge problem, but it is a slight annoyance. I like the sound of unlocking achievements in Duckstation, PCSX2 and RetroArch. The flycast core on retroarch I ain't a big fan of. I prefer it standalone.

• The solution I would like is a customizable RetroAchievement sound for when you unlock achievements or submit times on leaderboards.
Describe alternatives you've considered
• I tried using the Flycast core on Retroarch but for some reasons some games run at 30fps instead of 60fps and no matter what I do I can't fix it so I prefer Flycast standalone. That might just be a flycast core issue tho. But still.
Additional context
• I have no additional context, I just want RetroAchievements sounds. That is pretty much it. I would like it to also be customizable through like directories or changing the sound file in the emulator directory or something. (Like Duckstation or PCSX2)
