Some computers within our company are unable to access the Microsoft Store, which prevents installation. Will alternative download options—such as an MSI installer—be provided in the future?

A better approach will be build your own MSIX bundle, and sign with your company's trusted cert then distribute the bundle.
We don't have the plan to release unsigned MSI installer yet.
