🐛 Bug Report: the `contact us` form is not working

👟 Reproduction steps

• Visit the https://appwrite.io/contact-us
• Then fill in the details
• Try to submit and it will not work.
  

👍 Expected behavior

It should submit the form and show the success toast message.

👎 Actual Behavior

After clicking the submit button, the form is not submitted, and I am receiving the following errors in the console.

Hello, the contact form is not working for me with the same error in the console. The request to https://growth.appwrite.io/v1/feedback returns a status 500 with this:
