Add documentation for AWS deployment, S3 tracking, and Amazon Bedrock integration

The docs currently have no coverage for deploying Burr on AWS. With the S3 tracking client, SQS event-driven mode, and Bedrock integration now available, we need documentation for:

S3 tracking concept guide - deployment models (local/hybrid/production), SQS event-driven mode, stream buffering, configuration reference, Terraform setup, migration guide
Amazon Bedrock integration reference - BedrockAction, BedrockStreamingAction, supported models, IAM permissions
AWS deployment example - architecture, quick start, Terraform variables/outputs
