What are the data recording limits?

How long can ProtocolAnalyzer run and store data? I have an RF sensor that sends a packet approximately every 32 seconds. I tried recording a session of ~100 packets last night, and saved it as a (large) jir file. When I try to reload it today, only a small section appears from the very end of the session.

Your program looks perfect for what I need to do. Thank you for developing it.

Glad you like it! The raw scanner starts scanning when it sees a pulse and will sample until it finds a gap in the signal that is longer than 29ms, which is interpreted as the end of a message. If no such gap appears it will sample for a maximum of 800ms and then stop. Under the action menu you can force it to sample for 2 or 5 seconds even without an in signal. It is not really optimized for handling long samples right now.

Thanks! The actual packets are quite short - 60 ms - but they come with
large gaps between them. I know that ProtocolAnalyzer can only analyse
short packets.
