ROB_200-040-0 / Sunricher SR-ZG9092A data incorrect

What happened?

The displayed data in Home Assistant add-on has an incorrect decimal. For example Energy shows 57kWh, on the display it shows 5.7 kWh.
In the manual a multiplier and divisor is mentioned for all measurements, looks like these are not working for:

• Power,
• Current,
• Voltage,
• Energy

What did you expect to happen?

Values should be represented as a Float. Now there's an Int value

How to reproduce it (minimal and precise)

add the device to zigbee2mqtt.
look ad the measurement values, and take a look at the included multiplier of divisor with each value.

Could you provide the debug log when configuring the device via the frontend -> yellow refresh icon? Make sure to wake up the device right before doing so by clicking a button on it.

Could you check if the issue is fixed with the following external converter:

• save this as file next to configuration.yaml in the external_converters directory (create if it doesn't exist yet) as ext_converter.js (so external_converters/ext_converter.js)
• start z2m,
• in the frontend, check if the description of this device now ends with CUSTOM (this indicates the external converter has been loaded correctly)
• reconfigure device, check if issue is fixed

Strangely this has fixed the issue.
However:

• I didn't get the CUSTOM description. Although a small blue arrow is shown by the device image. And also "supported:external" is shown in the about tab.
• Reconfiguring still gives an error in the logs:
