About armature = 0.01 of G1

So I got a question about the armature, I saw in the code that all the joints armature is 0.01 for g1, could you please confirm that is correct for sim2real deployment? I already successfully make it get up in sim2sim, but I just wondering if armature = 0.01 is okay for sim2real.
