fix: Requirement Based Detectors to return right description

Description

Some detectors are just returning a placeholder as description instead of the real description. This PR fixes the get_issue_description from these detectors to return the whole description.

Example:

• LLMHarmfulContentDetector
• LLMStereotypesDetector
