Update all applets to their most recent upstream versions.

Important changes are a major update to Seedkeeper V2, a major update for Keycard, small fixes for FIDO2, and efficiency improvements for PGP.

In addition, the CI build system has been updated to use Ubuntu 24.04, and use more upstream tools instead of custom forks. The CI tests were refactored for more stability, and test coverage for the Satochip, Seedkeeper, Keycard applets has been added. Test coverage for FIDO2 was extended.
