Can't Use premium ai models

I have github student developer pack still i can't use advanced model as agents like claude opus, sonnet, which i was able to use until recently for a long time , now it says your access to these models is not enabled contact your admin .. i don't know how to contact admin and how to fix it .. I am new to this please be polite

ahh yeah this happens a lot actually… don’t worry you didn’t do anything wrong 😅

so the thing is that github student pack doesn’t directly give you those models (like claude opus/sonnet) permanently. it’s usually through some platform or tool you were using before, thats what usually happens.

that “contact your admin” message basically means:
you were probably using it inside some workspace / org / or a tool, and now either that......

your credits expired (High chances for this to happen tbh)

or that platform removed/changed access

or you’re not in that workspace anymore

and yeah “admin” here is NOT github… it’s whoever owns that platform you were using, but just incase you can even convey this mssg to your supervisors in your university. They might help u through it too.

and try to just go back to the site/app where you were using claude and check if your plan/credits expire or if there’s a support/help section → message them. That should work.
